We better see a bunch of uknown under 25 y.o's like Mudzinganyama etc and recent Zim U19s players in that squad. There should be no spot for the M#rumas and other 30+ y.os...they arent emerging into anything, they had several opportunities and proved themselves to be far below international quality

If Ryan Murray , Emmanuel Bawa are available, this will be a great opportunity for them to get international exposure and stake a claim for a spot in the Chevrons. They can add Ndhlovu, Mavuta who need these 2nd tier fixtures to relaunch thier international careers...but for the love of God, no Takashinga homeboys with decades long "international careers" with batting averages under 20.

Will be interesting to see who all make up Zimbabwe emerging squad. Yeah Ryan Murray will be a great addition. I think Shumba, Mavuta and the likes will be there as well.

Have it from a pretty good source that he's signed with a franchise to play Logan Cup in the upcoming season.
Almost 0 chance of playing this Namibia tour though.... ...

I've said it now for quite some time that he was always keen to come back and play
Two years ago I got extremely credible info that he was more than keen once the degree was done. But a lot can change in two years so I kept silent for the most part the last 12 months of that.
But the bigger question is, is he still good? He’s had a very long time out of the game and I’m yet to see a kid develop with a 3/4 year pause between drinks. Hence why I am not overly excited.

Good bowling performance from Ainsley Ndhovu!! 4 for 43 hopefully he can build on this performance and become a viable spin bowling option for the Chevrons. All other bowlers took a beating...Mudzinganyama should refrain from bowling and focus on his batting...there's a spot for opening batsmen in the Chevrons, if he can fine tune his craft, spend hours in the nets, he could be a handy, solid batsmen...leave the bowling to specialists and middle-order batsmen/all-rounders

Im struggling to see the point of including Chibhabha in any team?? He will never come good. Cant bowl or bat well, has regressed with age (not that he was any good to begin with. Its time to give real "emerging talent" a chance. Over a decade of international cricket and cant even put an innings together against an associate nation?
