Opening post

Zimbabwe with 2-0 down should prefer to give new players chance in the Playing XI, as it will be harsh to throw them out without being tested.

Zimbabwe's Ex Captain Elton Chigumbura - will be playing his final match for his county and the Zimbabweans would be keen to give the 34-year-old allrounder a fitting farewell

What I would like to see and what we are going to see lineup wise are two totally different things sadly.

Assuming Kamunhukamwe & Chatara are still injured this is what I'd like to see

BT

Madhevere

Burl

Williams

Raza

Shumba

Chigumbura

Chisoro

Mumba

Blessing

Ngarava

Too be honest I don't really have much interest in giving Faraz Akram a game, because he is just a medium pace plodder, I'd much rather keep trying to develop Mumba & Ngarava. The same reason why I'm not too fussed about Wellington, because I know what he can do and I rate Chisoro better.

I've been watching this guy, 22 year old that we'll see in the Aus test side fairly soon. Back to back double hundreds in Sheffield at the age of 22. The mental health issues doesn't sound too good though. He must be some player.

Ben Curran was spotted in Harare so he must have sneaked in on the last flight out of Heathrow, it will be interesting to see how he goes if he gets a franchise berth.

We may well see all the Curran boys here for Xmas/New year. Once it's in your blood.....

Big rains forecast from Wednesday, this has been the hottest few days I can remember in Harare. The Zambezi Valley temperatures have been in the high forties.

I have a friend that farms in Zambia and they recorded 52 degrees yesterday!!

Is Williams dropped ? That's crazy

4 changes, Wellington, Akram, Ervine and Milton in, brilliant. Nothing has stuck so far, so it's worth changing things up. Hopefully three or four players can perform in unison and we can grab a win.

We've got lead and cadmium in our municipal water, it would slow down a charging T Rex.

Zimbabwe needs to be free from Hamilton Masakadza's brain & Rajput's coaching, otherwise they could miss qualification of two back to back ICC Events.

120 & 125 kph are operating with new bowl. Muzarabani seems sacrified his pace for learning the art of swing.

Finally we get to see Shumba bowl. He's miles better than Masakadza and Burl,

And as I speak :W:

Changes his pace every delivery , he's handy.

We were never going to qualify for the T20 World Cup. Never. It is our weakest format by far

Even Pakistani commentators are telling Zimbabwe to sort their domestic game out. Once those comments are out in the open its a big warning bell.

I don’t understand why they all bowl medium pace, This Faraz guy looks tall and Athletic, but still bowling medium pace. No gas at all

Again.

Tall does not equal fast.

I'm 6ft 5, can (could) run the hundred in the 11s and I doubt I could break 105 km/hr bowling

Large playing pool = fast outliers.
Legend
Pakistan apart from PSL has another domestic official T20 (not club) competition i.e. National T20 Cup.

Zimbabwe needs to have at least 1 domestic official T20 competition with minimum 5 teams where the 5 teams will play each other twice followed by semis finals/playoffs. That will mean all the 5 teams will play a minimum of 8 matches each.
