Monumental news about Craig Ervine. Really pleased that he's coming back. Interesting to hear about PJ Moor seen training with the national squad as well: maybe he's finally going to commit to the cause. The strange one is Greg Lamb....I smell a rat there as it's strange that the second a World Cup prospect comes into plain view he comes scurrying back. In don't think he should be even training with the squad if I'm being honest as there are more deserving players, and players who have actually put the time and effort in with ZC

If anything, I smell rat in Ervine's move. He could not crack in to the Ireland team in time for the CWC 2015 and decided his best chance to be visible on the world stage again is by coming back and trying his luck with Zim, thus helping his long term England County chances. His real test is whether he continues to play for / in Zim after 2015 WC or when he realizes he is not a shoo in to for the national squad in the first place. Moor trying to break in or Lamb trying to help as a senior pro (while being nowhere near our best in any department) should be receiving less criticism, if at all.

Will (should) Craig Ervine be on the tour of Bangladesh? Or is he just going to be playing domestic cricket? He's a tuskers man isn't he?

The Tuskers would be very excited to have him back, if he's not playing for the national team. ;)

Kyle Jarvis is currently training in Kwekwe. If i am ZC, id be sending the big guns in to talk to him and do all i can to get him back. He is by far the best bowler Zim has.

I think if Dr Grace is made the new patron of Zim Cricket things may improve a bit.
So is Jarvis just back for the domestic season or is he back permanently?

He's only back for 4 matches according to his twitter...
