CHIGUMBURA:perform or quit the captaincy..!!!!!

ELTON CHIGUMBURA: Big Star of the side ,Experienced international player of side with 180 matches more than bravo,broad,steyn,morkel,duminy,slightly below watson and AB who had both played 187 matches a person cannot play 180 international matches like that ....what is problem in him, he has also have his team mate Taylor who played international matches less than him........thing is that all above mentioned name are modern day greats all in seat of retirement some had retired...." but still chigumbura does not perform"

In Early days he was a usefull aggresive batsman and can bowl 142km/hr which these day zimbabwe bowlers not have in site .......he may have been much bigger star than above mentioned names and should have been the richest cricketer by playing in IPL and varies leagues but not....still played in T20 sides such as sylhet royals ,Barbados tridents etc

but still he hiding in shadows of hami,willi and Raza he has already the most experienced player of the team

He showed some one man army game style in recent years with bat,but he his poor in fielding and bowling

This the right time for him to step down the captaincy which pulls him down he is a confident player , strong player by heart but capataincy which pulls him down

He has to step down give the captaincy to Raza / williams and have to give his vast playing expose to young upcoming players in the team and mentor the team

He should play the Role of kallis who done it for SA , think and see if he quit the captaincy and Rub the shoulders with JONGWE and MADIZVA the young can come good..if he is captain he will seen as leader and not as fellow player and he himself has extra role .......which always has let him down

ITS UP TO CHIGUMBURA WHO IS REALLY HAS A VAST EXPERIENCED WHO PLAYED IN DIFFERENT COUNTRIES AND ENVIRONMENT TO step down....for the team..!!!
