Opening post

Congrats Dylan! It was indeed Peall in 1st karachi test. There were infact 3 debutant bowlers-Streaky, GWhittall n Peall. Heath was wktless, Guy took 1 and Peall took Aamir Sohail's wkt on the 4th ball. It was Waqar younis' 1st mt as capt and he took 13 wkt in mt.

Streak shone in the nxt mt with 5-fer and Campbell hit one of his best knock's after being hit on chin by fiery Akram. Still lot of fans in pak talk about that knock, especially his pull which went for 6.

How many sets of twins have played international cricket for Zimbabwe at any stage of our cricketing history?

Since 1980? The brothers that come to mind, the Flower's, Rennie's and Strang's, aren't twins.... I'll go with 0?

andy: You need to wait until you get a correct answer to ask your question :)

LMAO, very well done mate, eactly correct, and ive asked this same question so many times and have said 4 Flowers, Rennies, Whittals and Strangs. None of them are actually twins, they are just brothers!

Well done, sorry for the lateness of the answer, as you might know zimbabwe's power issue causes major internet problems!

Thanks :)

Have I made my last question too hard? :o

Well, there were many big hitters in the Zimbabwean squad of 2003, the likes of Streak, Blignaut, Ervine, Wishart (with his ferocious pull shot) et al. This is purely a guess, but I would stick out my neck and say Sean Ervine...

Surprisingly, it wasn't anyone known to be a big hitter - so it wasn't anyone in that list. That should narrow it down a bit :)

So, here's my next question...

Why did a cricket commentator said during a series against Zimbabwe, that the Indian team was suffering from "Douglas Syndrome"?
