Scored 112 in the warm up match for Yorkshire aswell. The man is class, as good as AF ?

Ballance at the top of the order or at number 3 would be awesome. Too bad he is gone.
My All-time Zimbabwe XI
Neil Johnson, Brendan Taylor, Murray Goodwin, Andy Flower (w), David Houghton, Sean Williams, Heath Streak (c), Andy Blignaut, Paul Strang, Eddo Brandes, Blessing Muzarabani

I've watched him bat, and I must say, his sweeps (both normal and reverse) are very impressive and well controlled, something Andrew Flower would be proud of. And we don't have to mention the mans ability round the wicket and the power he possesses. I reckon he's as good as AF personally

We'll see, keep calm...

What we can say without a doubt is that he would walk into the Zim line-up...

I'd take solace in cases such as that of Ed Joyce, who is back with Ireland after playing for England- he may well get a few games for England, but if his form were to drop off and he was hungry enough to play international cricket (or indeed if he couldn't break into the test squad and wanted to play tests) he would return to Zimbabwe.

But Joyce didn't have to sacrifice his county contract (ie, the life he has made for himself in England), Ballance would...

Sadly, it's not going to change. Not all passports were created equal...
