If no Vusi then Shingi Masakadza after Chigumbura , with Waller above Chigumbura.

Batting order should be flexible according to the match situation. We don't want to hold Chigumbura back until the penultimate over.

Yep, it's a bit of a conundrum whether to play seven batsmen (Vusi or Maruma) or the extra bowler in Shingi at 7 (my choice). The selectors have dug themselves a nice hole here with this squad: We do not have an extra hitter like Coventry, Zhuwao or even Chamu to bat at 7. Maruma is, in my humble opinion, completely unsuited to T20s, and if you pick Vusi, who's not a T20 specialist either, he should bat in the top three -- but then you have three other guys who look in better form and are better T20 players than Vusi (Hammie, Raza, BT).

I have a hunch the selectors will find a way to bat Maruma at 7 and Utseya at 8 to ensure some stonewalling at the death. :(

I'm surprised to see Vusi not there but not against it unless it means Maurma is in nothing against the guy but he just is not suited to t20 ......

Yeah Shingi @ 7 or a 'floating' batsman depending on the situation .....

“We will hit the ground running when we play in that first game and be able to execute our skills and we are very confident.” Tafadzwa Kamungozi showed good touch when he was given the role of opening the bowling in place of Prosper Utseya in a practice match against the Bangladesh Cricket Board XI, he went for two runs in his first over and six in the second over. “There are no youngsters here, all the guys here are being tried to get a place in the starting line-up so there are no junior or senior players to talk about,” said Mangongo.

“After warm-up matches, it is good to see that the guys have been putting their hands up for places, we rested Prosper Utseya and Hamilton Masakadza and it has been fantastic to see how Sikander Raza and Vusi Sibanda responded positively as a pair.”

I take it he's talking about the second practice match?
