I think the hing that we need to do with our boys is to give them time and back them to do well. I think Richmond Mutumbami is a guy that will do well in time and he will be a big performer for Zimbabwe. The unfortunate thing i that there are probably only 8 first class games left in the domestic season plus a final and we have a few tests againts the bangladeshis which wont help him develop but he just needs time
