There's so many threads about the things that ZC could do better, I thought it's fair that we also give due credit.
If there's something ZC has done that you like, mention it here.
I'll get the ball rolling.
The match day experience is really good. Some of things I noticed were:
the ticket pricing was very reasonable
pass-outs allowed via a wrist-strap
bouncy castle/water slides for kids
the announcer/music was actually entertaining because he used the loudspeakers in moderation, it was not over the top
food and drink options in abundance (and reasonably priced too)
the venue staff and security guys were friendly (this might be a HSC thing but I'll include it anyway)
Your typical international match played in Australia would have none of these attributes, so well done to ZC for making match day a memorable experience for this supporter.

The security guards give autographs on behalf of the players. Its a pretty efficient scheme..
