2 i think taylor is not good captan...meny time he take wrong disition with Bowling chenge .. i dont know why he not use
part time bowler like H. masakadza .. FOR example i remember last NZ tour final t20 lose it is taylor bad disition final over need 14 . he give a bool for expensive shingi mazakadza... chikambura bowl well he had a 1 over remein but

I think this is reasons we lose...
1) Attitude is rather poor i agree. But we really do have nothing to lose in our current lose. Everyone expects us to lose, so we need to change that slightly and always believe that we can win games, and not just ruffle feathers.
2) Our batting in inept. Far to many shots played across the line.l Grant Flower was a class batsmen, i wonder what he is teaching them.
3) Fielding needs to be perfect. Cant drop catches, need to chase every ball and not give away easy 2s and singles.
4) Bowling need to be better. Too many extras conceded. Need to bowl to field and focus more on line and length than on anything else.
5) Talent pool is poor, we have the same players for all three formats and half of them are underperformers on a regular basis.
6) Decisions. I agree with your decision abotu Shingi in that T20 v New Zealand. It should not have been Shingi to bowl that over. He hadnt bowled for a good ten overs and our best bowler was Elton. He should have had the last over.
7) Lack of international cricket. We need to change this, this is the big thing, we need to get more international cricket and need to get more players involved.
8) The simple things. We need to do the simple things right. We bowl poorly, bat like idiots and fielding is poor too. Our fielding used to be the top 3 in the world, now its just dropping. Coaches need to take plenty of responsibility here and need to be far more active in making sure we are doing the things correctly.
