Mliswa has a thinly disguised agenda here. ZC would be better under Chingoka earning 10 mil a month than this poisonous imbecile but I do hope he makes a move because Zim cricket deserve him.
The best thing is actually for the whites to remove themselves entirely from anything to do with cricket in Zim, not that there are many left. Even the youngsters should just play school cricket and not be eligible for Zim age group selection. There's no such thing as racism against a white man anyway, he's a dairy cow to milk and discard at leisure. If you could wave a wand and remove every single white face there would still be endless excuses as to why it wasn't working based on race and I'd love to hear them. Laughably they would be believed by the majority of people. Theft by those in control is a right in this country, I'm not even sure it's against the law, I certainly don't recall anyone having gone to jail for it or even having to pay it back, and everyone spends their life trying to figure out how to get into a position of authority in order to do just that. If there was magically a leader of any organization in this country who was honest and hard working he would not last a term. He would be considered weak and would have squandered the opportunity to loot and consolidate his power base by nepotism and cronyism. I'm not trying to be funny, it's the truth!!
The only way white "elders" are interfering in the running of cricket in this country is by paying for age group cricket tours otherwise there wouldn't be any. The downside is that their kids get to go, which in most instances is not a bad thing as their boys should be picked and probably wouldn't be if ZC had enough money.
There was a lot of talk of going on tours with select sides without ZC's blessing but ZC would easily put a stop to this. They may even prevent school sides touring in future unless there is a quota system in place. The fact is that almost all tours are to SA and the big school sides are usually stronger than their area and provincial sides because of their quota system. SA have the same problems coming their way faster than a speeding train.
