I wonder what he will do in the off season if he doesn't manage to find a place. Would be a shame if he gave up cricket as the situation here for young white guys is appalling. No future in anything unless you really lucky.

Only 4 professional teams is a crap set up. I understand the arguments about the standard, and the financial problems... But <50 guys playing regularly is too few. Doesn't give much opportunity for new names/faces to break in.

I think this is the most important point about the whole situation at this stage. We seem to have people waiting in the wings who seems to be more capable than some of the incumbents in all the franchises, but they can't seem to break in. At least an Emerging XI could be created out of it, if not bringing back Rocks or focusing on another region. Like the CFX Academy kind of team. Musoko, Diplock, Bowie, Mumba, Kunje are hardly guys who should be waiting in the wings given that we have Mabuza, Nathan Waller, Gupo, Chapungu and the likes playing...

The clubs we are looking for if possible can meet half or the full ticket for the player.

To play in Scotland you have to meet quite a lot of criteria. Therefore a lot of Zimbos struggle to find clubs here.

I suggest you get these guys in touch with genuine cricket agents as they know the ins and outs better than anyone. Cricx, World Sport Xchange, Cricintro and ACE cricket exchange are the guys we have used in the past who genuine know their stuff.
