Lets not lose the gist of this post, please.... Campbell has put out some interesting thoughts worth considering by any serious stakeholder (this definitely excludes the melon) in Zimbabwe. i.e:

1.The need to have the 'Chevrons' graduate from the A team, not directly from the first class set-up, due to its current situation.

2. Most importantly...

The senior players need to play a bit better, focus more at the job at hand and lead from the front. There's too many guys who have underachieved and the need to look at themselves in the mirror.
