A lot of people on here suggested that he should work with the youngsters as he has the ability to bring them through (see Takashinga). I wonder how some of the players feel about this though considering his 'army regime' style of management.

Many of our young players do seem to lack a strong work ethic, so Mangongo might be quit the blessing in that regard.

I like this. He must have learnt his lesson and is very good at identifying talent.

He could be the cost effective disciplinarian the lazy kids need.
Although even by 19 this may be too late.

Exactly my thoughts.
Also, what is the status of Ewing and Blignaut appointments? Are they officially confirmed as part of the U19 coaching staff?
