Experience counts but so does development and an eye toward the future. If you always bank on experience there will come a point where the wheels fall of the wagon because there are no experienced players left. Then you are in the same situation as 2004-05.

Cramming the team with guys that played in 2003 won't help. It's a backward step mate.
