Opening post

And all the early good work is being undone. An unusually expensive over of 11 from Price, while our old friend Dabengwa's getting The Treatment, as Masakadza and Chibhabha did before him. Inability to take wickets in this match is coming back to haunt us, as well - Malik and Yousuf can do what they like, as they know there's plenty of batting still to come...

Pakistan squad: Shoaib Malik (c), Fawad Alam, Kamran Hussain, Khalid Latif, Khurram Manzoor, Misbah-ul-Haq, Mohammad Yousuf, Nasir Jamshed, Sarfraz Ahmed (wk), Shahid Afridi, Sohail Khan, Sohail Tanvir, Wahab Riaz, Younis Khan

Injury concerns: Prosper Utseya, Tawanda Mupariwa

Mupariwa is injured, Mpofu comes in to replace him. Keith Dabengwa manages to hold on to his spot - perhaps playing Maruma would have been a better idea though, he is a better bowler (ie. he could have bowled 10 overs in tandem with Price) and on recent form maybe a better batsman...

Openers fail again - shock. At least Taibu and Williams are putting up a stand.

not a bad end to the innings. looks like we cant get into dabengwa bit longer now :D . its the first time the paks have bowled us all out too. good innings by williams taibu and dabengwa

Yeah, good charge by him to finish things off. Only thing that worries me now is that without Utseya and Mupariwa, the bowling might not be up to the job of containing Pakistan - they only need 4.9/over to win. If any of the Pakistan guys are allowed to cut loose, we'll be in trouble...

Would have preferred to see Malik go - he's beginning to look dangerous - but that's a start...

Mpofu and Chigumbura seem to be getting a bit of a choke on the scoring. Any pressure helps...
