I'm not so confident. They've had a good run of victories lately, but the general quality of cricket in the Africa zone qualifiers really wasn't great (there were several matches, IIRC, where "Extras" was the highest scorer by quite some margin). On paper, I'd expect Netherlands and South Africa to go forward (as far as I know they're the two sides in the competition that currently hold Test status in women's cricket) - but I'd always be happy to see an upset. :)
