It's so sad to see such a good year with the bat go to waste for chamu :cry: He has only passed 50 once (58 vs Afghanistan) since his 90 against Pakistan (20 appearances across all formats) while In the same time frame he also has 4 ducks to his name. Which is a shame because I really rate the bloke and I hope he can find form soon.

The player who should be most agrieved is Diplock who would have been as destructive as Mupariwa or even Shereni on the country club wicket. Zhawi is for now penciled in for Lits A cricket he needs to work on an efficient run up that can sustain bowling 8 to 10 overs on the trot his arms are spread and so expends a lot of energy. He is one of the fittest guys in Zimbabwe Cricket and his shear determination will see him play first class cricket. As for Jakiel he has had a tough season where he has been stuck in the Rainbow second team as he is behind Mupunga, Aliseni, Zhawi, Chinouya and Mafusire making it hard for him. His number one format is round the corner and i expect fireworks at the death with both bat and ball.Coach Timoni sees him ready to step up in 2 years time
