I personally can't see Ballance getting into the team. There's too many players ahead of him, both in the county circuit and in the lions squad. I reckon in maybe 5-6 years when Zimbabwean Cricket is (hopefully) a more lucrative option, both financially and and in terms of actually wanting to represent one's country, i think he'll return. 6 years will e the minimum amount of time before he'd consider returning i think, it could well be longer, but he has a lot of time on his side. I wish him well, anyway
