thanks to Albie ... if you insist on giving it to the winning side then at least to the most deserving .. 47 is good but as pointed out - not top score but to bowl out your 4 on the trot and take 2@3RR - seriously!? his wikcets weren't great but on the whole, apart from an ashwin over i think the bowlers at the other end in tandem with albie were getting hit. Notoriously dodgy may be apt

Finally over! Sixers deserved winners! Strangely I found it more competitive & exciting than the IPL&World T20. This is one tournament which showed that in T20s, bowlers are relevant, not just there for the batsmen's taking. Just 18 out of 50 scores at over 8rpo, and about 20 at less than 7rpo. 6-7 Wickets fell almost every innings!

Ballance did well to be top of the Most Sixes List. What would be worrying to IPL scouts is the fact that he didn't hit along the ground much - not enough boundaries & singles. Colin de Grandhomme had a forgettable tournament - 4 ineffictive innings...and overs! Proved he wouldn't have added value to Zim, so we can happily cut him off the list of those that got away!

Phangiso was the bowler who gave Zim the toughest time when SA-A were last down in Zim. Just like in domestic cricket, he's proven that he's a class act during this tournament. With Botha out of the picture, the only thing keeping Robin Peterson ahead of him in ODIs is his batting which seldom comes together. I say next T20/ODI squad for SA, Phangiso should be in it!

I doubt Lumb's England career is over as well...

Starc seems to have sneaked into the Test squad based on his performance here, as with other recent limited overs squads. Patto's in form in Shield cricket, Siddle will keep running until he succeeds plus his batting, I'm not sure about Hilfy, so if Smith's proving to be a problem, it wouldn't be a bad idea to throw Starc in for him. Wouldn't want a repeat of the Ashes. I don't think he'll repeat his India success.
