I think we have established there is such a rule and Vusi violated it, and rightly punished. But the point is should
a). there be such a rule, and
b). how should it be applied (needless to say the case of Sean Ervine's not having a contract, and indeed Vusi himself, for whom it was ok to have a pay per play contract was fine, before he went AWOL, but all of a sudden isn't now?...raise interesting interpretation)
