Good to see them getting more cricket. Players/parents also received advice last week that a tour of Australia (QLD) has been scheduled for August.

That's great news! May be they can sneak in an NZ trip and get an early feel of the conditions?

This is 1 area where ZC really is getting it right. A lot of work is being put into these kids.. I hope the kids do their part and buy into the vision and actually see a future with us.

Yes they're certainly getting more exposure than any previous u19's. It's a little late at u19 to create real quality players, but it's better than nothing. You need similar stuff throughout the age groups and there's nothing happening, which makes me very skeptical. There's no real intent, it's just window dressing.

Where can I find game by game coverage of the Academy games? Again much fanfare in the beginning and then it Peters out.
