How did Muthusamy get selected though 🤔 average player at best.

Also wasn't impressed with De Zorzi. He's bailed in in the FC system but to me he doesn't look good enough.

I guess they still want 5 bowlers, and the fact they can’t find a good all-rounder has left them short. They’ve now decided to try a spin bowling all-rounder, but I don’t see it working out either.

They really need to figure out a way to get Mulder performing at this level. Most likely the best option would be to get him performing against lessor opposition ie Zim, Ire or Afg.

Both Holder & Nortje were lamenting the lack of Teat cricket they get to play, and that the Big 3 play more than they do. Hey fellas, he’s an idea play each other and the other nations who would like more tests as well.

I understand playing the Big 3 is the big ticket matches, but I’m sure there’s a way to make it happen if the players have the appetite.

Just put Mulder in the team for an extended period and he will come good. Cooks my head how politics can stop a good player dead in his tracks.

Williams has such a low ceiling.

He doesn't do anything with it and he's very hittable

I don't think one can fault the batsmen too much in this test, this pitch is unplayable at times. The inconsistent bounce particularly. If South Africa could somehow get to a lead of 150 I think they have a good chance against India - it'll be tough though, it could just as easily end up being an innings win for India. How anyone can prefer T20 cricket over the intrigue of tests I don't know!

As exciting as this test match was, I don't think anyone wants to see a test end inside of 2 days. If this pitch were in the subcontinent everyone would be complaining that it was unacceptable. I wonder what the ICC will grade it?

I've been watching this Betway T20. Jeez it's taken off there big time. Some great cricket. That Donovan Ferreira played in the T10 here, he really set it alight tonite, he does that a couple more times and he'll be in the SA squad.

The SA20 for me is the most entertaining T20 league. The IPL is too long, the BBL lacks star power, the SA20 has stars and is over and done with fairly promptly.

SAA had 148 aircraft servicing 74 international destinations and 24 domestic ones.

Theyre now down to 9 aircraft servicing 17 destinations in total. 😂

And they kill black Zimbabweans who cross the border out of desperation just to work in hospitality roles.

I was born there (to Zim parents) and have lived there at various times but I have little to no affinity with the place or the country or the people whatsoever really.

They are unbelievably hostile to Zimbabweans, black and white.

From a cricketing perspective they are relatively interesting as they are our neighbors I suppose.

It's a source if constant bemusement to me, particularly during a rugby game. Most of Zimbabwe are fanatical Springbok supporters.

I always get irritated when I'm overseas and someone identifies me as South African. We are oil and water.

I've known a lot of South Africans in my time and always got along with them, plus there is a strong rugby link between NZ and SA.
