Opening post

Anthony Ireland is no longer at Gloucestershire, he's with Middlesex now

Allan Mwayenga had a little problem with the law in 2009 i seem to remember, he was sentenced to jail although whether he actually served any time i've no idea

Yeah I was wondering the same. I tend to think I have heard of every Zim cricketer, particularly the white ones, so I was surprised to see a name I am unfamiliar with.

Even i have never heard of him. Who is he?

Andy was a pretty darn good batsman i faced when we played Old Georgians was working to national honours way back in 2000 and 2002 and another player :

Other notable players who just disappeared that i played against back in my day are guys like :

Niel Fierera from Falcon if i remember right and a decent keeper

Brad Staddon he captained some junior Zim sides what went wrong from there

Guy Croxford

Colin degronhome i really thought he was a solid cricketer

There appears to be loads of talent out there that we have let pass by . I think our domestic leagues would be even more competitive if we could get them in for a bit of time

we wouldn't need some of the foriegn expats in

Ferreira - was a rebel, now retired but plays social In england

Staddon - u for real? He's a regulR for the tuskers and zim a team

Croxford - I'm curious too

Colon da grand homie G - plays in new Zealand and will more than likely okay for the national team within 12 months - love to hav him back

How good is Colin DG and Brad Staddon are they national team prospects and how good was Niel Firera

Niel had loads of hype about him and Colin got in and then Jetted off to the Kiwis

Im excited at the depth that we could have in our team i see us being as good as the all conquering Windies side of the 70s and 80s . We can swap like for like and we would not have dead weight being carried in the team.

U knew homie was going to nz but asked anyway? Lol

As I said, he's on the verge of kiwi selection, he is a sad loss to the game - but struck me early on as one who wouldn't stand for the discrimination issues during the last decade.

Ferreira= was gangsta, but peaked at rebel times and got lost
