Small victories: 327/7 isn't that much less than what they scored against us, and we never let anyone score a ton, either.

That was an amazing game of cricket, I loved every minute of it. The best two teams in the world going head to head in our backyard.

Very few indigenous kids drawing inspiration there Zimfan, I was really surprised. KFC Outkast indicated that there thousands of them. And I don't think it was televised on ZTV as they just do sad music videos and 1956 reruns because that's all they can afford to screen, so the thousands of Brian Lara Wannabees in Guruve also missed it. This is bitterly disappointing.

I'm slowly beginning to think that like swimming we should just leave cricket to you white people!!!
We have our basketball and soccer we can afford to play soccer, cricket is too damn expensive for us ghetto kids.
In reality any kids that start cricket late in life and make it to the national squad, well there is thousands more who don't or can't be bothered. Come to western suburbs and see how much cricket is played on the streets, none, nothing, zip. Search for the millions of dollars of so called development- its not here. The few at the top enjoy whilst the bottom hoi poloi get nothing as usual.
