Heres a wild card in the wings...Tino Mawoyo, anyone know how his captaincy was, I think discipline might be an issue but he was headboy and he is confident. After we get him into the team of course and he puts some runs to his name.


Someone in the team needs to grab the bull by its horns and be a major player, the star in the team like Sachin or the AB of the team.


Unfortunately talent like this, if not there naturally cant be conjured up by a dose of "I can do it, let ME do it"

Yeah I also agree with Craig Irvine I was impressed with his calmness and solidity at the crease, I wouldnt know about his leadership qualities etc. Definitely for the future. We should actually target people and groom them not spring iup surprises. Why was Hamilton VC and whn the job came he was not given was it because they KNEW they didnt want him at the WC so they didnt giove him the armband?
