Opening post

we got three tests in the last half of 2011 , why not 6 for 2012. Surely , or its part of the gradual reintroduction of Zim into the Test arena......

What a let down. I've always thought we could piggy back on SA ...ie convince touring sides to SA to pass through Zim as an a climatisation leg to the tour...win win I think ...2/1.5 weeks in Zim for a couple of ODIs...and official once off Test where time allows...surely thats the way to go...as the FTP looks our boys will be idle after NZ until September?!...not even FC?.... granted winter is winter...but thats 4 months max...HUGE dissapointment...

When is the Bangladesh tour? I'm guessing in July-August at the earliest?

You are right.

We should certainly be looking to play the Windies at some time soon. The amount of cricket down for us for 2012 is pathetic. It is like we are an associate being patronised by the big boys.
