Admittedly, them wanting to play club cricket in 2013 is no bad thing in itself. Plenty have sought this experience without it hindering their Zim career...

However, I think we can all recognise by now that this is the thin end of the wedge...

This is sad...its not even a county 2nd XI. Do leagues in UK pay more than a central contract with the ZC? If so, then the ZC needs to pay them more...surely they can afford to keep the top 30 or so cricketers in teh country under a decent contract.

Otherwise, Zimbabwe might as well get used to fielding a team comprised pretty much solely of black players as it seems only the white ones have the dual citizenship required to seek employment in the UK.

ZC contracts don't pay anything, they aren't worth the paper they are written on.

IF you get the contract, was that contract issue ever resolved? Claims that players did not have contracts?
