Is that a step up for him or a step down? Only in Zimbabwe can a person that has contributed so significantly to the demise of an organization be given yet another high profile post. My guess would be that if they did a forensic audit at ZC he would, in a perfect world, do 15 to 25. He must be extremely well connected.
