I'm glad you resisted the urge to sneak in a few unqualified candidates.
Ireland was good, but like Hondo, Mupariwa etc, he's a change bowler. In Panyangara's case think Watambwa, Olonga, Matambanadzo, Elton, Shingi, Vitori. Like Ireland, even Eddie, Mpofu & Jarvis may split opinion because they have never exactly demonstrated the authority or striking ability of a new ball bowler against any top order batsman worth his salt.
The likes of Heath, like Philander & Anderson, easily pass of as change bowlers, but they have that unique ability to swing the ball viciously and regularly.
