E Chigumbura, V Sibanda, B Taylor, H Masakadza, S Raza Butt, R Mutumbami, S Masakadza, N Madziva, B Vitori, T Panyangara, P Utseya, T Kamungozi, J Nyumbu, M Waller, T Maruma, S Williams, and L Jongwe.


No Chatara which must be due to the niggle he picked and no Tiripano but Nyumbu included instead of Mushangwe

Its a squad of 17. Looks like they go for some random number between 13 ans 30 and the squad based on the number got.

Vitori is back in contention. So, hopefully he has recovered. Chatara is out, which is a big concern. Hope he can come back with not much issues. We need to take care of him like a diamond.

Good for Jongwe. He should be close to getting a game. Richie being there means his injury wasn't too bad too.

Mushangwe is out of top 17 along with Regis. Regis has never proven to be an OD player yet locally, so no surprise. But Mushangwe is worse than Kamungozi? Hard to believe. So, his chances of the Bangla trip looks bleak.
I'd like to see what Madziva could do. Reminds me a lot of Keegan Meth in that he doesn't bowl with a great deal of speed but is accurate and is also handy with the bat. I would think he would be better suited to the longer form of the game though or he would have to be bowled during the early to middle overs of an ODI otherwise he could get taken to the cleaners by a good batsmen towards the end of the innings when batsmen are chasing runs.

Not unhappy to see Madziva and Jongwe in.

Mushangwe seems to be getting the Rainsford treatment.

What's happened to Mutombodzi ?? I was really impressed with what I saw when he bowled in the West Indies :)

his bowling has been very underused. he has been playing domestically as a batsman

He is following the Timmy Maruma path of breaking into the team as a leggie but not really cutting it so has tried to reinvent himself as a batsman, will have to score a lot of runs domestically to get back into the team .....
