As we all know it was a mixed year for the Zimbabwe cricket but I think it was a successful year on the field it's not every year we get 2 test wins ( 2 drawn series ) a ODI series win against BD plus upset win over Pakistan ......
Obviously off the field it was very negative with player strikes, sponsors leaving cancelled tours plus the loss of so many players like KJ, Craig Ervine, Pricey and co .......
Hopefully with World Cups in the next 3 years some money should come in we can only hope it's used wisely and hopefully some corporate money comes in as well, because if we can fix the off field stuff the on field stuff looks bright ......

BRMT finished 31st on the test run scorers list for 2013 not bad considering he only played 5 tests only Monimul Haque from BD scored more from as many matches ......
KJ and Chatara came in 26th and 28th respectively in the bowling stakes once again impressive considering the limit chances both players only had the 4 matches .....
ODI's were disappointing with Vusi coming in 40th do the batting and again Chatara 39th in the bowling ......
