Why is Malcolm Waller in the team? His dad could probably still get more runs than him. I hear that there is a white quota in place now, surely that explains Waller's continued inclusion.

I think Mumba's promotion to the national team has been managed exceptionally well. And he is showing the maturity expected of him. Can we now really start getting excited about him like we did in case of Jarvis and Chatara?

Absolutely - he has pace and bounce and most importantly he's taking wickets! Chatara, in my opinion, was never on the level of Jarvis, but he was/is still a good option. This kid Mumba, though, I think has the potential to be better than them both. I reckon he could get a lot more out of his delivery stride too - something for Streak to work on for sure

Great stuff indeed. If Streak can work the same kind of magic he did with the Bangladeshis, put Vitori back on track and get a decent pack of pace bowlers, we might be on to something...

Agreed with sloan. Mumba is a class above Chatara. Chatara never looked a real wicket taker and his strike rates attest to that. He was quick tho, getting it up to 145.

Mumba has the potential to surpass Jarvis. He's only bowling at 135 right now so if he can add another 5, he will go medium pacer to genuine quick. Also looks a bit menacing. Great find.

Nope. It's time for Bobby to score his maiden test century.

genuinely thought he would make us follow on after what happened last time. they will probably bat until lunch tomorrow at a rapid pace otherwise its an unnecessary risk

SL's best chance of losing was to enforce it probably. With plenty of time we can get in some bowling practise and hopefully some catching practise

Masakadza and Waller need to go. Musakanda and Ryan burl need to come in for these guys. Hope streak and ntini can work with ngarava and matigimu.
