Rwanda marginally better than Mozambique and Seychelles according to the rankings and past tournaments. I would still expect 230+ if we are batting first though. Minimum.

Not great for zimbabwe if these sides bat first. Adds to a shortened game. Zimbabwe bat 20 overs first up and play with freedom against these sides.
I do think Madhevere is the weak link in this shortest format. He won't be so much exposed against these type of sides but certainly against namibia and Uganda in the next tourney there will be question marks.
