As it stands now, he will not. However is is expected to file an appeal any day now.
It now appears as though his ban is mostly due to a personal or political vendetta against him from either BCB directors or the government.

No, he came back as soon as he was recalled. He shouldn't have left without an NOC from the board, although according to him he was told it would be taken care of. That alone doesn't deserve a 6 month ban. He apparently assaulted some schmuck who was sexually harassing his wife during the India ODI series and it turns out that kid's father is pretty hot s**t in our ruling mafia, I mean government. The BCB president is our PM's ass puppet and you can figure out the rest.
