Opening post

What an utter joke! What's next? Ban the ten players who are sulking less than Prosper after the next defeat? Beat the s***t out of everyone who cracks a joke in the dressing room? A caning for every batsman who throws away a start? Have every bowler who bowls a no-ball repeat "I'm terribly sorry Mr Mangongo and will never bowl a no-ball again, unless you say so" a hundred times?

I'm so fed up with this!

However, other sources close to the team have told cricket.com.au that a more likely reason for Taylor’s exclusion was that he had objected to Mangongo’s edict that all players – even those who live in Harare – should enter a team camp for the duration of the current tri-series involving Australia and South Africa.

It is understood Taylor objected privately to the coach, claiming the controlled environment – where players were not allowed to bring private vehicles and instead travel together on the team bus – would prove disruptive to his preparation routine and unfair on those unable to stay at home with their families.

Tinashe played more balls than two of the front line batsmen in each of the last three outings (first test against SAF, 3rd ODI vs SAF and 1st match of the triseries against Aussies). By no stretch of imagination yo can call it destructive. The only destructive element in African continent at present is Mangongo the moron.

I find this quite funny. But am in two minds (yeah me the schizo!) One SM would be over reacting and is, the punishment is too much for the crime-maybe an extra 50 laps or forced to bat in the nets with no protection. More Mangongo style. On the other hand i have said it before our players are spoilt brats that are defeatists-their own worst enemies and this appears to be another defeatist type prank. If you are not even going to try to win why start playing at all.

Anyway either way you look at it- SM has no idea what it's like to play for his country or the pressure or the experience for his role.

Which leaves a chicken or the egg scenario

1)Will SM crack under the pressure and start gibbering about flying saucers and perhaps even run on the field kicking and punching the lads Leon Schuster style

2)The team will actually stand up to the bully and an implosion will happen which will probably result in the whole team being fired and Givemore left on the centre wicket with his pants down trying to bat with his c**k.

Either way, my eyes are on the ZC board voting this Friday where i can safely say Wilson Manase is adept at ensuring the 10provinces voted the right people in and therefore the current legacy will continue as is as the board is voted in.

cuzzie africa, and ZC itself, have alot more destructive lements than just Magongo.

honestly magongo should stick to being a talent scout to young blacks as thats his strength.

leave the coaching big boys to the experts.
