Reginald Nehonde played U19s for Zim, and is now playing international cricket for Botswana. Elvis Chipfumbu and Innocent Chando seem to have landed jobs as development officers for the Botswana Cricket Association.

I think it is normal T20, and the teams are made up of expats living in Botswana. One of the Indians is also playing for the Botswana national team. Tournaments of this type are not uncommon around the world, I believe. A few years ago we had two social sides contesting our city's "Ashes" here.

Yep, I saw that and also found that your question about Reginal Nehonde opened my account in the Photo Quiz. The name was certainly ringing a bell.
