It's not worry, it's anger. We worked unbelievably hard to get test status and the only reason we've retained it for so long is that this level of corruption and incompetence would not have been accepted by the ICC from a white administration. That's just a fact. The other bitter truth is that we are done for. These guys are the best we've got and there's no one to replace them. Calls for the u19 players to replace them shows complete lack of knowledge of what's required at international level.
The problem is the adminsitration. The players and their current form is a product of the administration's incompetence.
Once again it's still possible to change the status quo by a responsible, well directed players' union, especially since one of the main snitches is now an honorary coach. The players can't see past tomorrow, nor do the nucleus of them care. It's shameful.

The development goals have not been achieved and have been hamstrung by the financial liabilities that the current board seems not to be able to explain how the debt balloed from 7 millin to 19.9 million shocking. Development cannot be achieved with minimal spending due to budgets that are tailored to line pockets. I had a chat with Mr Makoni over lunch and he seems commited to achieve the programs. The problem is that he is not getting the funds to execute. I say apply the hang mans noose principal, give game development all rope they need to expand the pipe line and if they fail hang them all. The anger trully must lie with the CEO and Head of Finance fo failing to manage funds to support development.

CEO earning $20 000 a month to wear a suit and drive a company luxury car to work where he sits, opens an email, ignores it, and goes to Meikles for lunch. Followed by a nap, then a trip to the boozer, then home. Only to get a call from Makoni saying theyv found a new source of lining their pockets at the game's expense. I fail to understand how these sick people sleep at night.
