ZCF Hall of Famer

Opening post

They play 10 games of cricket a year, mostly against weak opposition, and the standard of coaching (barring 3-4 schools) is woeful. Only a small handful of boys play any club cricket where they would benefit from stronger opposition and very few boys go for extra coaching, partly due to the cost of it ($20 an hour).

Simple.

1)Strengthen the school systems.

2)Sack Mukondiwa for allowing millions to go missing!

3)Sack Lupepe for spending time doing nothing

4)Sack Makoni for knowing nothing about cricket and selecting for backhanders.

5)Sack Prosper for being a lying fraudster

6)Sack Mukuhlani for allowing Prosper to remain

7)Sack Ntini

7b)Sack all the useless old players

8)Use as many whiteys as needed to qualify for the next world cup

Then take over and enhance racist black rennaissance again.

Bingo!

Young players the key. Moor looks to be a player. Musakanda is showing some form for a young player. Burl is another they should look at once he is fit. Mumba's figures are too good to ignore even if its only Zim domestic. Madziva has performed in some big moments and he can move the ball a bit with some variation. Chari has had a few opportunities and hasn't quite grasped it yet, worth persisting with. The question is what does Streak do with Hamilton, Sibanda, Chigumbura, Raza, Waller, Chibhabha. All of these players have been hit and miss of recent times. Ervine, Cremer, Williams and the injured Panyangara probably the only senior players to consistently perform and Hamilton if we are talking t20s. Interesting times ahead
