That will only happen if the people involved are part of any formidable opposition party!
Otherwise dream on noone is getting arrested this is all the work of regime chAnge agents
If the icc were serious about getting us back to any level of credibility they would intervene now. Surely now they have the greater cricketing community interests at heart not to mention players. Send a couple of guys from cricket australia or the ecb to prepare a climate report so then it wont dissapear. You could second them to harare for for 6 months and then it might cost the icc $100k but then at least its all finally out there. And everything we know is happening is proven
ICC have sent people before, they only see what ZC want them to see and can only talk to people who they want them to. It's lame. I don't think ICC will ever show a firm hand.

The ICC has finally clamped down on USACA here in the USA, although they were far worse than ZC. Perhaps the ICC will finally have had enough of ZC?

How does ZC not have money to pay match fees, or whatever the expenses were for the T20 yet ZC have money to host Pakistan, Sri Lanka and West Indies? The first expense is probably less than 3 grand and the other expense may well run to a million once they submit their fictitious and falsified receipts.
Blacks have long been paying for the sins of the white man in Zimbabwe, cricket is no different. If you want to know where ZC's money has gone, look no further than Alistair Campbell.
